Apple Crumble Topping

Ingredients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 3/4 cup brown sugar, light or dark

• 2-3 tablespoons old-fashioned oatmeal

• ½ teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Combine dry ingredients and then add melted butter. Stir to combine.

I keep this in the freezer to use whenever I want a quick fruit crumble. Great with apples, peaches or berries.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes if using mini skillets.
